An act of vandalism to the water tap point at the cleaning bay was discovered by The Management on 27 November 2017. The Management has since made an official report to the relavant Authority. Residents are encouraged to report any irregular activities and/or suspicious persons to The Management or Security Guardhouse for assistance.
The Management seeks the co-operation of all residents to adhere to the fire safety regulations and the building maintenance & strata management act to refrain from placing any personal items in the common property. Non-compliance on the matter may result in the MCST taking legal actions against the subsidiary proprietor(s). Residents are also encouraged to notify such cases to the Management for their necessary actions and follow up.
The Management Council and Security agency M/s Westmintser has jointly revised the Standard Operation Procedures to provide a safer enviroment for all residents of Q Bay Residences. The circular aims to create awareness to all residents to play their part to ensure the peace and communal living in the estate. As such, we believe that with the co-operation of all residents, we can eliminate any threats or security lapses together.
Public sharing bikes are not permitted to park in the private estate.
Please follow the guidelines in the scheme.
All residents with personal bikes are reminded to register their bikes with a bicycle tagging at the Management Office and park appropriately at bicycle lots only. More lots available at B2 Car Park.

Minutes of 1st MC Meeting
Residents/guests to report any irregular or suspicious activity to the management office and guardhouse.
Numerous feedbacks received from residents of excessive dog barkings at various blks early morning till late night 11pm.
All pet owners to be mindful of their pets' behaviour and welfare; especially when you are not home and there may be insufficient food/water/shelter etc..
Noticed some dogs left at balcony and may be sensitive to human traffic and noise.
Excessive dog barking is affecting our residents' peaceful enjoyment and sleep time.

Explanatory Note on Gas Hob supplied to Q Bay Residences by Electrolux
Residents are hanging cloths over the balcony railing &/or cloth hanger installed on the balcony ceiling which is not permitted under the house rules.
We would also like to advise residents with roller blinds installed at the balcony should refrain from resting the blinds beyond the balcony boundary.
The above advisory is our continuous effort to maintain the external facade of the estate; hence preserving the property value of Q Bay Residences.
The management noticed some residents are not equipped with priviate condominium living guidelines for common areas as there were frequent dumping of unwanted items, smoking, noise pollution, pets, encroachment of shoe racks etc..

More and more bicycles are not parking at the designated bicycle locations, causing obstruction to the parking lots and passenger walk ways in the car park.
All residents / occupiers to park their bicycles appropriately at the designated locations. TAKE NOTE that a bicycle tag is required to be tagged on all residents’ bicycles. Please register your bicycle with the management office during office hour by 31 January 2017.
We are pleased to introduce you that a parcel locker facility is on site for your usage where you may utilize it to minimize inconvenience of rescheduling your delivery if you are not home.
Ø Resident are to collect items within 48 hours (2 days) from delivery of items based on locker movement record &/or point of delivery.
